Speaking of, I made another Cravings recipe. ERMAHGERD. I wish I had words to describe the amazingness THIS was:



Verdict: A+++++ x a billionnnnn


Okay, here's the thing: I don't know what it is about this cookbook but by golly it is like magic. I honestly think that the author has a higher sense of flavor than your average cook. Or something. I don't know for sure. But daaaayuumm. 

Really, though—these were so good. I was a little worried making this because there is a lot of sriracha. And I used to be a spicy gal, but then I moved to the PNW and all but lost my southern-heat-loving tastebuds. Which is sad. 

But this wasn't too spicy, in fact, it was just the right amount. The flavor is amaze, though, and I even ate it again for lunch the next day,—but with just rice, because I may or may not have eaten an entire head of butter lettuce so I could shovel more of this into my mouth the night before. Don't judge me! 

I will definitely make this again, especially because it's simple, quick, healthy, inexpensive. 


Do you like lettuce wraps???? I've only ever really had them at P.F. Chang's before now. I feel like I've been missing out on something amazing. Let me know if you have any amazing lettuce wrap recipes, pls kthx!

  1. I made an awesome lettuce wrap recipe tonight! It was from my plated box. Plated is a little pricey but have had some really good meals from it. This one had ground pork, pineapple, mint, basil (two of my favorite herbs), spinach, shallots and sriracha. Definitely going to make again!!
